The FOSTWOM Report is a benchmark on gender balance in STEM education and a diagnosis on STEM barriers encountered by secondary and higher education female students nowadays. This report is the FOSTWOM consortium’s first step in the direction of contributing to decrease the gender gap within STEM education by attracting girls and raise the number of young women pursuing careers in science and technology.
